We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE submitting service requests online. We check our e-mails every day and these requests will be handled as quickly as possible.

All e-mails will be viewed the day they are received with two exceptions: 1) The e-mail is received after 5:30PM CST in which case it will be read the following day, or, 2) The e-mail is received on a Sunday. We will then contact you via e-mail or phone, your preference, to let you know when it is scheduled to be looked at.
